副總統候選人電視辯論會今天下午 2時在三立電視台率先登場，不過無論是在申論、「副總統給問嗎」全民連署提問、交叉詰問、結論階段，3位副總統候選人幾乎未對兩岸與國際經貿、能源等議題有所著墨，反倒聚焦青年低薪問題。
親民黨副總統候選人徐欣瑩表示，走訪基層發現，民眾心聲是「憂、愁、悲、慘、絕」，令她痛心，除了企業愁賺不到錢，領薪水員工愁拿不到退休金外，還有青年薪資倒退、買不起房子等問題。
為改善經濟及低薪困境，徐欣瑩主張，需由政府積極扶植產業，讓台商回流、全世界資金回到台灣；經濟活絡後，企業自然賺錢，可望帶動加薪，並提出由中央專責單位興建公共住宅、健全租屋市場，讓年輕人買得起房子、住得安心。
為終結年輕人藍色憂鬱，民進黨副總統候選人陳建仁提出4大對策，分別為推動產業升級、打造友善年輕人創業環境、解決教育體系學用落差、減輕年輕人居住及家庭照顧負擔，並提出5大創新研發計畫，包括亞洲矽谷、生技醫藥、綠能科技、智慧機械及國防產業。
陳建仁表示，年輕人除了面臨買不起房子問題外，租屋市場也缺乏保障，未來將辦理20萬戶「只租不售」的社會住宅，主要提供出外求學、工作、剛成家年輕人，減輕其居住負擔及煩惱。
值得注意的是，辯論會中，過去政府因應金融海嘯推出的22K方案也成為焦點，除了陳建仁批評，「馬政府的22K政策就像是一個緊箍咒」，牢牢套在年輕人頭上，實質薪資回到16年前水準外，徐欣瑩也問國民黨副總統候選人王如玄，大專22K制度被認為造成青年低薪，該如何解決？
王如玄表示，22K絕對太低，政府應透過政策工具改善現況，她也坦言，現在30多歲年輕世代，還有許多是流浪律師、教師，生活的確不容易，更別說要買得起房子、有能力教養孩子。
王如玄隨及話鋒一轉強調，「有人故意把我名字跟22K連在一起」，但她澄清22K政策不是她所規劃，是教育部的政策。
為解決青年低薪問題，王如玄拋出中國國民黨總統候選人朱立倫先前提出「倫轉好薪情」政策，從提高人力資本含金量，讓「人才」變成「人財」、企業幫學生付學費支出可加成抵稅，用150%來報稅，完成職能鑑定標準，並擴充職訓機構與大專院校加入追「薪」學院，只要進入追「薪」學院的學員，保證月薪4萬元起跳。
