（中央社記者張榮祥台南4日電）國民黨主席朱立倫今天中午和黨籍台南市議員「便當會」。朱立倫一看到桌上的便當，開口便問「怎麼沒有碗粿」，他是台南的半子，回娘家沒吃小吃，回家會被老婆罵。

參選明年總統選舉的朱立彰化借錢倫，中午和台南市議會國民黨團會面，取得黨團支持；在議長李全教、黨團書記長盧崑福的帶頭下，黨團高呼「加油」、「當選」。

朱立倫以便當會友，卻對台南小吃如數家珍，包括鱔魚意麵、碗粿、鹹粥等。當他看到桌上只有便當，馬上問「怎麼沒有碗粿」，急得旁邊工作人員說要趕緊去買。

朱立倫接著和國民黨團閉門「便當會」，民進黨市議員李文正和獨派團體在會議室外高舉海報抗議，高喊「馬習會黑箱作業」、「馬英九出賣台灣」、「獨立救台灣」。警方早已得到情資，部署警力戒備，以人牆隔開抗議群眾，保護朱立倫安全。

當朱立倫準備離開向議長李全教告別時，1名民進黨里長高舉海報趕往議長室，結果被數名國民黨籍市議員擋下來，還搶下這名里長手中的海報。
